Very beautiful heritage building, nice pool with ocean view, very close to lots of historical landmarks and intramuros. Comfortable beds and clean.

I'd stay here again

Checked in here to attend midnight mass for Feast of Nazarene and it is the perfect location. Walking distance to Quirino Grandstand. Plenty of food options outside the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Even the bathroom is spacious, our room has two sinks and it helped us save time to prepare when going out. Shower's water pressure is also good, drain doesnt clog, and easy to change the water's temperature. Breakfast was good although there's only few options.

Safe and ref are not working. Only two water bottles were provided and they dont provide for more although you can request for a pitcher of water. I made such request but water never came. Shampoo, conditioner etc only for 1 person, even laundry bag is for one only. I would understand it if they provided for one only but there were slippers, toothbrushes for two

It was a generally pleasant and comfortable stay.

Love the Christmas decors which added to the already beautiful hotel interiors.

Food (I had breakfast and dinner buffet) is a bit pricey, especially the dinner buffet, considering that there's not too many dishes.

Overall goos stay. Staff service is commendable.

The architecture of the place was relaxing as it gave a sense of being transported back in time. I also appreciated the fact that it is not crowded.

Food taste and texture could use improvement.

Rizal Park Hotel was a a great stay, had everything we could want out of a hotel, comfy rooms!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, they assisted us in every way they could - helping to find information, book transportation, provide self-guided walking tours. Everyone greeted us with a smile. We loved the gym, saunas and rooftop restaurant!!

Pool was closed :(

Grand, looking Hotel, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff in an excellent location

Very Grand Hotel in a great location for the old town in Manila and to get to the airport. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very secure hotel.

It was pretty good really, some parts are looking a little dated and could do with a refresh.

Enjoyable stay after a 20 hr flight from Europe.

Friendly staff.. very nice historic hotel with beautiful views and location. Live band in the evenings, and garden barbeque near the ocean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.. due to covid we had the pool all to ourselves..

Breakfast was below expectations. Not as delicious as we had expected it to be for a 4 star hotel. This can be better!

A nice stay with minimal hiccups; WORTH A VISIT!

The amenities were satisfactory and were maintained efficiently. Lunch at the Chinese restaurant - staff were helpful which makes dining experience alright. The breakfast buffet had a decent and sizable selection though staff were at times inattentive. The aesthetics of the hotel given its architectural design and heritage made for a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel was clean and the renovation efforts taken to rehabilitate the building bore fruit. It's proximity to significant landmarks in Manila makes it a good place for tourists to stay. Definitely worth a visit!

Most of the amenities in the hotel, especially at the Club are secluded and hidden away from sight. You will have to open your eyes and physically search the building to find some of the amenities. And when you do find them, the number of activities per amenity are limited and few in number (ex: playground had minimal facilities, internet room had limited computers, some had no internet connection). There are a lot of amenities to choose from, however, so to each their own.

-this was a special experience -impressive ambience -very kind and helpful employees with a high standard of service -amazing room and pool area -tasty breakfast

-buffet breakfast would be better -overall still a little too pricey, but understandable costs

Good

What a beautiful colonial building! If you appreciate the architecture then you should stay here for a sheer history of this place. Walk in and let your fantasy free to transport you somewhere into 1920-1930. A place of a Great Gatsby. You can litterlay picture the patries, dances and tea time happening there during the colonial time. I am very happy someone restored this building from the ruins into its original beauty. It is conveniently located close to Rizal Park and Intramurros. So if you are in Manila to see the historical part of the city combine it and stay in this hotel. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant that will give you a view for entire bay and sea. At night you can sit there have a dinner and enjoy the relaxing sea breeze. The food in a rooftop restaurant is good. The WiFi was decent.

Sadly despite its grandeur you can see it is missing guests and COVID-19 did not help. For the same price you can defimetly stay in a very modern hotel in another part of Manila. As it is an old building the rooms are old and a little bit stuffy. The breakfast is on a downside. As hotel doesn't have guests during COVID-19 the breakfast is pre-ordered and definetly not good. It was sooooo oily omg. I asked for a coffee with milk and milk was spoiled. I assume the chef might be demotivated with the situation in a hotel. It is a pity because the kitchen has a huge capacity. Neverthelss, you can see that the staff really tries their best despite the situation and its very helpfull. You should stay here if you want to visit Intramuros. It is a very old building so do not expect anything modern. Stay here if you appreciate the history. The building desrves respect already for surviving wars and bombing of Manila. I wish it could speak and say all the stories that happened there.
